The best way to build your vocabulary in English is to increase your contact with the language. That means you need to read and listen to English every day. The more you see and hear new words, the more your vocabulary will grow.
However, don't worry if you don't remember them all. It takes time to build your vocabulary. The first two or three times you see a word, you might not remember it, or you might not feel confident to use it. That's perfectly normal.
